Swordfighting Tutorial – 13th of July

⚜️Ever dreamt of being a knight in shining armor, or a damsel in distress able to save herself? Curious how they fought in the olden days? Fret not! An opportune moment has arisen for you to join us in battle. The battle shall commence at sundown, mōnandæg, tīwesniht. ⚜️
The Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) tutorial is provided by the amazing Schermschoole Ludolph van Ceulen in Leiden! They will share their knowledge on the traditions of martial arts, and we will spar together with historically accurate steel weaponry ⚔️ 🤺
The class will start at 20:00 at the USC. We will be gathering at 19:45 at the entrance. There is a maximum of 20 people for this class, and costs for participating will be maximum 9.50 euros.
